Appointments
We recommend an advanced booking as sometimes the demand is high. We also accept walk-ins but are subject to availability.
To be able to have the best experience with the service chosen, we require each client to arrive 15 minutes early prior to scheduled appointment to ensure there is enough of time to prepare and fill out any necessary forms as well as to relax and enjoy the environment.
Late arrival will reduce the time available for your treatment in consideration of the next customer.
Cancellation
We fully understand that unexpected circumstances or emergencies cannot be avoided. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours during our business hours prior to your appointment.
Lost Property
We ask customers to look after their property as we take no responsibility for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the salon. Please make sure to check all your personal belongings before leaving the premises.
